This stop was a small one I saved on my map, not really planning to stop at unless I had time, and ended up being one of the prettier places on the trip.

Brúarfoss is a distinctly shaped waterfall with icy, blue glacial water.

There are a series of 3 waterfalls, each about a mile apart.

Midfoss is the middle waterfall, a chill series of bright blue rapids.

At the bottom is Hlauptungufoss, a torrent.

I was wondering if people kayak this until I saw this one.

Really glad to stop here and see the blue water, next was to Icelands first park, Thingvellir National Park
