The first (of many) waterfalls was on the ridgeline of the Eyjafjallajökull glacier.

You can see them from a distance when driving. A nice thing about Iceland is how open it is - no tall trees. You can see things from very far and make your way towards them if they seem interesting.

Got drenched walking behind it.

A hike along the bottom of the ridge reveals many more waterfalls to find.

Had to camp early to wake up for a hike right at the bottom of Skogafoss.
